The clip appears to show the crew communicating in a secret code[/caption]

It sees three contestants answer a series of general knowledge questions.

The more questions they get right, the more counters they earn to place in a giant arcade-like coin machine.

By the end of the game one contestant could walk away with the jackpot prize of £10,000.

In a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the show, Ben shared how the crew appear to have a secret code.

He posted a video showing the producers and editors in the gallery all making the same hand gestures as he opened the show.

It appears that the crew are mimicking what Ben is saying as he reads the autocue looking into camera.

Meanwhile, fans were recently left fuming after a very disappointing mystery prize costing “£40 at the most.”

Vivienne, Alex, Chloe and John took on the machine in the hope of winning a cash jackpot.

Much to his surprise, contestant Alex was able to bag a mystery prize early in the episode.

But he appeared underwhelmed after finding out he had won a Bluetooth speaker.

Tipping Point airs weekdays from 4pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
