TIPPING Point viewers have voiced their anger after a contestant narrowly missed out on a big win.
Player Julia, a flight attendant, was competing for the impressive £10k prize on the popular ITV show, when she opted to go first ahead of her fellow contestants in the trivia battle against host Ben Shephard.

Her decision was made while a large cluster of coins was teetering on the edge of one of the ‘drop zones’ no doubt influencing her choice to go first and try and secure the coins.
But while she was in the middle of answering her questions, the coins shifted and then fell, leaving the formerly very full drop zone now almost bare.
When she went to drop her coin into the machine she was at a disadvantage and fell victim to an ambient drop.
Tipping Point viewers reacted in sympathy and support of Julia speculating that she may have regretted going first.

One said: “She’s been robbed there #TippingPoint.” Another added: “Bad luck if you choose to answer questions first and then there’s an ambient drop and you wished you’d waited!*!”
Others praised her cool attitude: “Done well to keep cool after that ambient drop Klaxon.”
Despite the setback Julia made it through to the second round, although the incident did appear to damage her chances of winning.
After seeing off rival player, Mark, her victory was short-lived, fellow competitor Kyle had a string of lucky drops and managed to bank an impressive £1,350 during the Q&A, and she didn’t manage to catch up.
Kyle made it into the final but decided against going for the trade where he had the chance to win the jackpot but he was also at risk of losing everything,
He banked £2,900 and went home with the money.
Tipping Point airs weekdays at 4pm on ITV1.
